KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program introduces children ages 5–12 to martial arts in a safe, structured, and positive environment.

Classes are designed to teach age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals while helping children develop confidence, discipline, coordination, focus, and respect.

Build Confidence & Self-Esteem

Build confidence through positive challenges, encouragement, and achieving new skills in a supportive environment.

Coordination & Body Awareness

Develop balance, movement, timing, agility, and a better understanding of how to control and use their body safely.

Respect & Teamwork

Understand the importance of respecting instructors, teammates, opponents, and themselves while learning how to work as part of a team.

Perseverance & Resilience

Learn that setbacks are part of growth. Children are encouraged to keep trying, overcome challenges, and develop a positive attitude toward failure.

Discipline & Focus

Learn to listen, follow instructions, stay focused, and develop the discipline needed to improve both on and off the mat.

Problem Solving Skills

Learn to think critically, make decisions under pressure, and find solutions through age-appropriate martial arts challenges

Healthy Exercise Habits

Build an active lifestyle through fun, structured physical activity that develops strength, fitness, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Self Defense

Develop practical awareness of personal safety, boundaries, and how to respond appropriately to potentially unsafe situations—while emphasizing prevention, confidence, and responsible behavior.
