Service Description
Grapple & Solve is BCA’s problem-solving grappling class—designed to develop technical awareness, positional control, transitions, escapes, and submissions. Rather than simply learning techniques, students are challenged to understand why techniques work and how to adapt when their opponent changes position or applies resistance. Each session combines technical instruction with drilling, positional sparring, live grappling, and problem-solving scenarios. You’ll develop: * Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals * No-Gi grappling * Takedowns & takedown defense * Guard work * Guard passing * Escapes & reversals * Positional control * Submissions & submission defense * Scrambles & transitions * Grappling strategy * Live positional sparring Ideal for: Beginners through advanced grapplers who want to sharpen their technique and problem-solving ability.
