Service Description
The teenage years are an important time for developing confidence, discipline, independence, and physical fitness. Our Teens program provides ages 13–17 with structured martial arts training designed to challenge them physically and mentally. Training may incorporate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, striking, self-defense, and MMA fundamentals depending on the class. TEENS WILL DEVELOP: * Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals * Wrestling and takedown skills * Striking fundamentals * Strength and conditioning * Coordination and athletic ability * Mental toughness * Discipline and accountability * Confidence under pressure * Respect and teamwork

Cancellation Policy
By becoming a member of Bahamas Combat Academy (BCA), you agree to follow these policies. 1. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS Memberships are personal and non-transferable. All members must complete registration forms before participating. Membership fees are due according to the selected plan. Members must keep payment information current. Failed or declined payments may suspend training access. Membership fees are non-refundable and are not reduced or credited for missed classes, vacations, travel, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal unless approved in writing by BCA. 2. ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULING Members should attend consistently and arrive on time. Late arrivals may be required to wait until it is safe to join a class. BCA may modify class schedules, instructors, programs, or operating hours. Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to holidays, competitions, special events, weather, facility issues, or circumstances beyond BCA’s control. 3. SAFETY & CONDUCT Safety comes first. Members must follow instructions from BCA coaches. Bullying, harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, reckless behavior, intentional injury, fighting outside legitimate training, or disrespect toward others is prohibited. BCA may remove, suspend, or terminate any member whose conduct creates a safety concern. 4. HYGIENE Because martial arts involve close contact, proper hygiene is mandatory. Members must arrive clean, wear clean training attire, keep fingernails and toenails trimmed, and cover open wounds. Members should not train while contagious. 5. TRAINING & EQUIPMENT Members must wear appropriate attire and required protective equipment. Gi and No-Gi requirements will be communicated by BCA. Equipment must be used properly and returned. Members are responsible for belongings. BCA is not responsible for lost or stolen property. 6. YOUTH PROGRAMS Parents/guardians must complete registration and waiver documents. Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Coaches direct instruction. Parents and spectators should not interfere with coaching unless requested by BCA staff. 7. OPEN MAT & SPARRING Open Mat and sparring must be conducted responsibly and respectfully. Members must train according to their partner’s experience and ability. Intentional or excessive aggression is prohibited. 8. CANCELLATION & FREEZES Cancellation and membership freezes are subject to the member’s specific agreement. Requests should be submitted in advance.
